Water Sports
Adaptive windsurfing, Hawaiian Outrigger Canoeing, Kayaking, stand-up paddling and surfing, depending on the site and program

Year round, medically prescribed, work-out includes free weights, exercise machines, and cardio vascular equipment, all challenging yet rewarding.

Conditioning & Soccer
High-energy work-out with quality coaching includes skill building, resistance training, conditioning games and the sport of soccer.
Concord: Armory
October - April, Monday evenings
Conditioning & Tennis
High-energy work-out with quality coaching includes skills building, strokes, drills, the game, conditioning games and the sport of tennis.
Cambridge: Harvard University Indoor Courts
November - April
