  Each Team of Three raises a minimum of $3,000 by Challenge Day to be matched by his/her corporation. On Challenge Day, each Team kayaks in a relay race from Carson Beach, through the harbor islands, to Boston light and back.

  Challenge Participants and Water and Shore Crew Each commit to raising a minimum of $1,000. On Challenge Day, each participant, kayaks, windsurfs, or rows as far as possible on a course through select Boston Harbor Islands in 3 hours.
